In October, Air Force Office of Scientific Research BioPhysics Program Manager Dr. Sofi Bin-Salamon and Johns Hopkins University's Whiting School of Engineering Vice Dean for Research and Translation Dr. Larry Nagahara visited the University of Minnesota. During this visit, they discussed the fundamental research challenges in understanding biosensing mechanisms and non-classical biological phenomenon and explored the research infrastructure and core facilities with Vice President for Research Shashank Priya and President Joan Gabel.
